It is a complex part brick and part weatherboard house. Weatherboard wing is older and is probably late Victorian. Weatherboard and asbestos cement structure adopts simple gabled form. Multi-paned double-hung windows either side of original panelled door. Joins larger brick building in late Federation style. Joined by skillion verandah which returns to two sides. Feature gablet to splay corner. Double-hung windows with label moulds. Simple gables with finials and collar ties.
