Identifiernot specifiedPhotographernot specifiedDescriptionFormed in 1965 as "The Gorge" brigade, Hornsby Heights Volunteer Bushfire Brigade's first tanker was a 1942 ex-army Chevrolet Blitz nicknamed "Puff the Tragic Waggon". In 1971 it was passed on to the West Pennant Hills Brigade and then used as a farm vehicle near Mudgee until being relocated in 2000. The restoration, lead by Life Member and former Captain Terry Donnelly and the Heritage Group, was completed in 2008.
