BiographyAlfred George Inch was killed in action on the 4th October 1917.
Prior to his enlistment in the AIF, on 5 April 1916 he served with the 13th Infantry, Citizens Military Forces. Pte Inch embarked from Sydney aboard HMAT Ceramic on 7 October 1916. He was killed in action during the Allies advance on an eight mile front on 4 October 1917 at Molenaarelsthoek, Flanders, aged 20 years. He is buried at Belgium 125 Tyne Cot Cemetery Passchendaele.
