This was replaced by a brick church in 1953. The timber building was moved further down Pretoria Parade and used as a church hall until in the 1960s it was replaced by a two-storey brick Christian Education Centre. (Lorna Ollif, 'There Must Be A River,' p 83.) The sign to the right of the door says, 'Church Anniversary', which presumably places the photograph at the time of the twentieth anniversary celebrations in 1924.Physical FormatHornsby
