The original two-room dwelling is known locally as "Marsden's Shepherd's Cottage" and was built on the south-east corner of Samuel Marsden's 1799 grant. Marsden sold the 40 hectare property,called "Mt Wilberforce", in 1818. It is not known if the cottage was actually built during his ownership or afterwards.Physical FormatWest Pennant Hills
