DescriptionHall's Bakery was located at 421 Pacific Highway Asquith and extended at the rear to Lords Avenue. In 1954 Hall's Bakery at Asquith continued their tradition of making bread deliveries by horse and cart as well as using their motor vehicle fleet.
The bakery gave off a mouth-watering aroma and at certain times the smell of baking bread drifted across the railway line to the eastern side. Adjacent to Hall's Bakery was a paddock where the cart horses were kept.
