The house was built in the late 19th century, a brick house of traditional Georgian style, with steeply pitched metal roof (now in colourbond). Original bullnosed verandah returning to each side. Symmetrical facade with large feature windows either side of central door. Moulded sills. Quoining in slightly darker brick. Flat iron lace verandah columns with lacework brackets and valence. Good chimneys in ashlar render, with mouldings.
