StreetDavid RoadSuburbCherrybrookDetailsJames Milson (1783-1872) arrived in Australia as a free settler. He received a 100 acre grant in 1818 in Cherrybrook and three roads, Robert, David and John are named after his three sons.
On his Thornleigh land he created an orange orchard naming it 'Dartford Park'. His son David Milson (1817-1890) worked with his father and subdivided this land in the 1880s.
