BiographyFrank Chamberlain enlisted on 4 January 1916 at age 17, he claimed to be 19 and 6 months on enlistment.

He died of cerebro-spinal meningitis in the Tidworth Military Hospital, Wiltshire, in July having enlisted in January.

He was a member of the Junior and Senior Cadets based at Hornsby, NSW
