"Milson Borough Estate" was created in 1995, and necessitated three new private roads, in the Subdivision of Lot 2 DP 270086 (David Road and Castle Hill Road). Scarborough Way was the name given to the road running off David Road. The name "Scarborough" commemorates the ship that transported David Kilpack and Eleanor McDonald, convict settlers, who later became in-laws of James Milson. Their importance to Hornsby Shire is chronicled in "The Pioneers of Hornsby Shire, 1788 to 1906".
