StreetSeale CloseSuburbBeecroftDetailsEdward and Mary Seale owned this land and left the property to their younger son Edward (Ted). A developer purchased and adjoining property and on acquiring the Seale land, carved out the close with the intent of naming it "Bruce". Local residents successfully campaigned to preserve the Seale family name.
