SuburbBrooklynTypeParkDetailsMcKell Park is located adjacent to Flat Rock Point. It was named after Sir William John McKell (1891-1985), a boiler-maker who entered the New South Wales parliament in 1917, studied law, became a KC, and was Premier from 1941 to 1947. He then became the second Australian-born Governor-General of Australia from 1947-1953.
