Archibald John Inglis
Details
BiographyArchibald Inglis enlisted on 14 June 1915 and when he left Australia he had the rank of Acting Sergeant.
He was in an attack between the Peronne and Mount St. Quentin when he was killed by a German shell.
It was reported, in the Red Cross files, that he had previously been diagnosed with shell shock which left him with a slight stammer.
A death notice was published in the Sydney Morning Herald on 21 September 1918.
