Identifiernot specifiedPhotographernot specifiedDescriptionBoating has always been a major attraction in the area, whether as part of an organised pleasure trip or a boat hired by individuals. The first boatshed at Berowra Waters was built by Jack Smith and was advertised in 1899. Soon other boatsheds opened in the area. There were private boatsheds, but most tourists preferred to rent a boat locally instead of keeping their own boat in Berowra. The most famous of the public boatsheds were those belonging to the Huett and Jones families.Physical FormatBerowra WatersDimensionsBerowra Living History Group
