The Pacific Cabaret was located in Ashley Street Hornsby and opened in 1937. Over the years there were various functions held such as dances, balls, concerts, meetings, parties, wedding receptions, boxing and movies.
The Pacific Cabaret was sold in 1972 and converted to a French restaurant called Le Coq Hardi. It then became a Roller Skating Rink in 1975 and was demolished in the 1980s to make way for an office block.
