DescriptionDuplicating the railway lines at Hornsby as the services expand. Incredible achievements from workers with pick and shovel, gelignite and the horse and cart. This same type of "cut and fill" operation was responsible for the building of "Nanny Goat Hill". This was taken at the Bridge Road cutting, looking south to the station. Landmarks in the distance are St. Kilda and the Hornsby Railway Hotel.
