DetailsNewspaper article about the apple tree that grew in Edward Harrington's orchard in Old Man Valley. It was grown from two seeds that came from half an apple which he souvenired from the plate of the Duke of York when he visited Australia in 1901. The Duke and Duchess were here to swear in the first Parliament.
