House description: Federation period house. Has paired low pitch gables to main facade, wide bracketed eaves with exposed rafters. Strong Arts and Crafts influence evident in extensive roughcast of walling. One gable heavily timbered in Tudor style. Long asymmetrical frontage. Slate roof with terracotta ridge capping. Cantilevered verandah roof continuous with main slate roof, supported on brackets. Window hoods also. Casement windows in diamond pattern leadlight. Hedge at front with pleasant gardens.

The garden of this property is also heritage listed.
Garden features: Features semicircular gravel drive and rear access drive with brick edge gutter ( probably reconstructed ). Border planting beds of roses and Azaleas. Fine 1m Campsis hedge to front, with front border of Clivea Lilies ( probably c1980's ). Front gate of simple steel pipe and chain wire ( probably recent ) on timber gate posts ( possibly original ). Trees include Cypress Pine to 12m from c1950's, Liquid Amber to 10m, from c1970's, Jacaranda, Flowering Prunus and Monsteria Vine.Physical FormatBeecroft
