DetailsThe black and white photograph of the Berowra Ferry and Silverwater Reach was possibly taken in the late 1920s or early 1930s. It has a 'Printed by Harringtons' stamp on the back of the original photograph. Harringtons was a household name throughout Australia during that period. The company was taken over by Kodak Australasia in the mid 1930s.

32 waterfront allotments along Berowra Creek known as Silverwater Estate were sold at auction in April 1926. Today the area is known as Silverwater Reach. Houses on Lots 29 & 28 can be seen in the photograph.
